Who we are

Backlabel is a product of Blok Consulting BV, Boomlaarstraat 75B, 2500 Lier, Belgium, enterprise number 0767.642.063. For anything about your data, email info@blokconsulting.be.

What we stored for the waitlist

• Your email address

• What you make, if you choose it

• Which form you used, and the page and language you were on

• The plan you chose on the pricing page, if any

• Where you came from: the website that sent you (its name only, like google.com), the first page you opened, and the campaign details in the link (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content)

Why

To tell you that Backlabel is open and send you the founding producer offer, and to learn which drinks and markets are most interested. We only use your data with your consent, which you gave by joining. You can withdraw it at any time. The waitlist closed when Backlabel opened.

Who processes it

Signups are stored in BlokCMS, which keeps its data in the European Union. The website runs on Cloudflare’s network. We don’t sell your data or share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We delete waitlist signups after 12 months, or sooner if you ask.

Opening an account

The dashboard, where you open an account, has its own privacy policy. A link from this website to the dashboard carries the page’s language, the button you pressed, the plan you chose and where your visit came from: the website that sent you (its name only), the first page you opened here and the campaign details in the link. The dashboard keeps these with the account you open.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies and runs no advertising scripts. We count visits with Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool run by Blok Consulting. It doesn’t store your IP address. Its data stays in Amsterdam, in the European Union. We see which pages are visited and which buttons are clicked, with the country, language, browser and device, but not who you are or what you type. E-label pages are never measured.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing info@blokconsulting.be. You can also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
